First of all, hello everyone!
Sorry for my absence for 2 weeks, I suddenly changed my house and it took me time to settle down here. Also now I'm alone and I can work better. So I'm really happy with that.
Also please, write to me for the updates, I will try to give them asap now!)
About bad news.
Please, read this story carefully, I'm tired of people who ignore my rules and T.O.S. I always try to copy them for each auction, but...
Anyway, I'll start with the beginning.
It was commissioned piece from April pack of pwyw comms and user, who came to me, asked for a commission with two characters: cat boy and dog girl. I thought it'll be ok. I did sketches and there was not only one of them. Also, from the first pack of sketches, this person asked me about a refund even though I started working on this commission and always "kept in touch" here on FA. I told this user to read my rules, but it keeps telling me that it already rad them but it afraid of scammers and the ones who don't do their work. Ok, but... Why me? I provided all the way with the updates or was here to reply. I always try to reply to every message (except spam) and try to write all my life updates here in featured journals. I'm just a human being and I have my life problems, sometimes I have art blocks and stuff but I try to compensate for all the delays. I always try to do this.
So after that, this user deleted it's bid and also called me a bad person and stuff like that, also there was information about scammers (again). Ok, I was in a good mood and haven't blocked this user then.
After that, I moved to other apartments and there was no way to give the updates ASAP, but also I haven't heard anything from this customer. And then I suddenly opened my PayPal and saw a refund "ticket" from this person. Ok, but... It was against my Terms of Service. This user just broke down my rules three times and I couldn't leave it like that. After that, I tried to speak to the customer but it keeps telling me: "Everything is ok, why You're asking to pay for your work?? I just wanted my money back, why are you telling me it isn't ok for me to refund my money (when you were working on my commission)?!"
So that's all.
I just wanted to tell everyone that please, read my T.O.S. carefully and speak to me!!!
I'm not a monster, I'm the same human being. Please, let me know if you need anything. All of this situation makes me feel awkward and depressed. Since last night I haven't slept well and I also was on the nerves.

Да я бы вообще не узнала об этом всем и работала себе, отрисовывая все по-очереди. А увидела бы опосля. Круто. Мне иногда кажется, что я для себя все пишу: Термс оф сервис, журналы, апдейты все... Их же все равно никто не читает? Зачем?
Нет, н скажу, мне такие редко попадаются... странные товарищи. Чаще всего с заказчиками все хорошо, в плане.. все понимаю, что художник не является копировальной машиной, он тоже живой. А иногда вот.

Вообще я всегда стараюсь работать на качество, но тут... то не так, это не эдак. И вообще меня обманывали, давай взад деньги и меня не волнует, что ты рисуешь еще. Ставку с юча я тоже удалю, ведь я меня же обманывали.
Да, это был ко-фи донат и мало того, что у меня цены вообще не от той, что дал заказчик, так мне еще и нервы трепали и тыкали скаммерами в лицо... так что да... Ну и да, я ВСЕГДА стараюсь компенсировать ожидание. Если не доп скетчем или еще чем-нибудь, то делаю фулл шейд или просто шейд, если был простой покрас и или скетчевая штука.
