Update on the Magnum Bullets Style Form

So I've gotten comments and notes about if the form is open or willing opening again.
The style itself was meant only to be a limited run in celebration of the Magnum Bullets music video.
With all the interest that has popped up with recent postings, I'd be happy to open up in the near future. Of course, I'll only be accepting a limited amount at a time so not everyone will be able to get a slot.
The form will be re-opening late Friday or early Sunday and information on the updated form will be done via journal

I did a little looking around, but didn't find anything specific. What is the usual price on these? I'm guessing the form would tell me, but it would be nice to know if I have the money before I compete for a spot.
