When you commissioned at me, you are agreeing to the following💖💖
💖 Commission art by me only if you're happy with my style. Look into my gallery to know what to expect of me. Look at how I usually draw muzzles, how I color. It's very important, be very careful! I don't change my style!
1.About payment:
💖 1.1 All price you can see in Special themed journals or Commission list. Prices do not change after order approval. However, I revise the prices every month and they are subject to change. I reserve the right to change prices.
💖 1.2 Only 100% prepayment via Boosty, and only RUB. Payment commission included in price, so if you see difference in exchange of my price, and PayPal, remember abt this point. Refund is not possible, except as described below. Please, be careful!
💖 1.3Refunds - Possible only if: I cannot finish the order for health reasons, due to other unforeseen factors (fire/death/breakdown of equipment without the possibility of quick replacement, etc). Otherwise definitely: NO! Why? Cuz I do my job and spend my time on it. You will receive your file with the finished work anyway. Thank you for understanding.

Q.: Why so cheap/expensive?
A.:The price is based on the calculation of labor costs, as a rule, the calculation is based on the cost of an hour of my work.
2.Commission Procedure:
💖 2.1 You will be able to communicate with me through Form/Email/Telegram
💖 2.2 Queue of commissions depend of complexity and deadline.
💖 2.3 If you forget to add something in your reference information, or just have a question for me, feel free to ask.
💖 2.4 I beg you not to rush me if we have already approved the deadline. I try to do everything as quickly as possible, but if there are any problems, I will definitely notify you.
💖 2.5 I provide the opportunity to follow the work process (via e-mail/telegram) and make edits at the time of sketches and doodle coloring, after line art step will be done it is not possible! but I ask you to say abt all your wishes at once! Since I cannot redo the sketch every time you change your mind :( If I did not understand something and did something wrong through my own fault, I will try to fix it, but if you just change your mind, I will not fix it!!!
💖 2.6 +25$ for each edit after coloring and shading, and ONLY IF IT POSSIBLE! I provide every opportunity to make changes in the early stages, and I ask you to be more respectful of the time spent. If in the end you want to fix something, it will be charged separately, and it is possible only if it does not take more than 2 work days. Please, be very careful.
💖 2.7 In order to avoid the situations described in clause 2.6, I urge you to give a more detailed description and links, as well as make the necessary edits at earlier stages of work (sketches, sketch paints). Thank you for understanding.
💖 2.8 If u don't have a character, u can bought the design development. Design IS NOT included at standard work, and paid separately.
💖 2.9 If you persistently rush me, ask your friends to do this, or do it in fake accounts, you will get your order, but after you will be banned forever.
3.Communication, descriptions, ideas & design
💖 3.1 Most important thing for customer and artist - result, which like both. But of course first of all to the customer! Clause 2.5 of these terms says that I provide feedback opportunities using various resources. This also applies to the customer, in order to achieve the best possible result, we need to confirm each further action and approve further work plans. Please keep this in mind, and do not make me wait more than 2 work days for a response, as this greatly slows down the work process on your order.
💖 3.2 I also ask you to respect other customers as well, as they are also awaiting their orders, and to respond to messages and questions soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.
💖 3.3 If you bought a design development, you can get 3-5 different design options for different elements. That is, I provide the opportunity to use 3-5 different ideas, and develop a design of each character element based on them. The design of one element is considered complete if all the requested things are met. In the future, all desired changes are paid separately according to the price list of changes specified in clause 2.6
💖 3.4 If you did not buy a design development and you have a ready-made character, all actions regarding the work on the order will be performed according to the usual standard.
💖 3.5 If you did not buy the development of a character design, and you do not have a character, then guided by your ideas, I can provide you with only standard actions, including only 1-2 sketches for everything, as well as 1-2 options for color palettes. In other words, I cannot spend my working time on deep design development if it was not paid separately. Thank you for understanding.
4.Auctions/YCH’s and adopts:
💖 4.1 If you bought my character at an auction or at a fixed price you own it. However, you can take any action with it only if it is indicated in the description for the auction / adopt.
💖 4.2 If you place a bet and then delete the comment, you will be banned forever.
💖 4.3 No refund is possible, sorry.
5.Permissions:
💖 5.1 I have the rights to my art, and the right to post my art (even if it includes your character) on any gallery site I am on.
💖 5.2 The commissioner can NOT recolor/retouch/edit or have someone else do the same, to THE CONTENT of my artwork. If you want to change something down the line, I might be able to change/retouch something for you if I still have your file. I usually keep the split layer on file for about a month in case something needs to be changed. If you want to use a picture I made for you as an icon/profile pic, and IT IS YOUR COMMISSION, you can change the cropping/size of the picture as long as the content isn't changed and you credit me as the artist.
💖 5.3 You cannot directly profit off of my art. You cannot sell my art. (Unless otherwise stated in the description)
IT’S REALLY IMPORTANT, DONT’FORGET BOUT IT❗️
All fixes I can do at ❗️1 week❗️after end of commission. Please be very careful when receiving the final file.
My responsibilities and guarantees:
As an artist I undertake to:
💖 1. Provide the opportunity for feedback and quick answers to all questions of interest to the customer, on working days. Due to possible time differences, I provide the opportunity to choose a convenient time for communication, as well as a time for answers, so that the customer is comfortable. But please read the clause 3.1. Thank you!
💖 2. Make all corrections at the request of the customer, at the stages that provide for this possibility.
The stages at which it is possible to make corrections:
*Sketch
* Fine line without painting
* Flat paint (color changes, tone correction, etc.)
All further stages imply full coloring of the elements, adding shadows and rendering, so it becomes impossible to make changes without time loss. These edits are paid separately, according to clause 2.6 of this ToS.
💖 3. Listen to the customer's wishes regarding the character: characteristic features, features of the face and body, additional elements. But reserve the right to make adjustments if necessary, and check with the customer for the possibility of making them.
💖 4. Follow the established rules, and take responsibility for duties. Responsible attitude means: providing feedback, with reports on daily / weekly updates of the work process, if necessary.
💖 5. At the end of the work, provide the result in the form of files with the extension .png / transparent .png / jpg (if necessary) in high resolution (at least 300DPI).
✅I can draw: anthro/feral animals (dragons/dinos/birds is ok), fantasy characters, humans, mecha!
⛔️I will NOT draw:
gore (all types), porn (all types), copyright characters without permissions, fetish, NSFW.
