WHY CAN'T THERE EVER BE AN ORIGINAL SONIC FC?! (rant)

Nobody puts any effort into ANYTHING nowadays, do they? It's no damn wonder the whole damn fandom has gone down the tube. THERE IS NO ATTEMPT TO PUT ORIGINALITY INTO FANCHARACTERS. Almost everywhere I look (I'm not going to point fingers as to whom), there is very little originality. Here are the main points that irk me so much
=OVER-ABUSED SPECIES= At most, the amount of hedgehog/fox/echidna/cat characters should be put to a minimum of ONE. Not one of each, ONE CHARACTER FROM ONE SPECIES. It sickens me how there are 1000000000000000000000 hedgehog "fancharacters" in the whole damn fandom. Oh, and HYBRIDS! Echidfoxes/hedgefoxes are the MOST ABUSED, usually when it comes to sprite editors.
=OVER-ABUSED DESIGNS= I see the same thing over and over - Same eye shapes, the exact same clothing designs, same markings, SAME DAMN SPINE PATTERNS (the ones that look "original" are just messed up positioned spines or the infamous "uber" hair of recolors).
=RECOLORS/EDITS= Need I say more?
=REPETITIVE STORY PLOTS/CHARACTER BIOS/MARY SUES(GARY STUS)= The most common character story plot thing is the whole part where there is a demon inside said protagonist that they can utilize to give them godlike powers (I'll be honest - I realized the error of my ways and have now decided to make Nova's dark side an actual character, but that's for later...). Also, the character usually has a personality and/or history that is extremely similar to that of Shadow. THIS IS NOT HOW THE FANDOM IS SUPPOSED TO BE, ALL EMO AND EVIL AND CRAP WHILE BEING ON THE STUPID ARK COLONY. LEARN TO CREATE YOUR OWN DAMN STORY!
MOST COMMON IDIOTIC ATTRIBUTES TO FANCHARACTERS
Males:
- Autohitting
- Godmoding
- Teleporting
- Chaos control (CREATE YOUR OWN DAMN POWERS, DUMBASSES; POWERS THAT ARE REASONABLE AND FAIR)
- Sudden possession of a Chaos Emerald
- Sudden super transformation
- Spine patterns is that of Shadow's (hedgehogs)
Females
- Extremely revealing clothing (every canon female, with the exception of Sally, has an adequate amount of clothing)
- EXTREMELY LARGE BREASTS (this is most common with the FIGHTERS; I don't mind an ample amount, but when they're as big as your character's head it is EXTREMELY hard to be mobile with those damn jugs swinging around, throwing off their center of gravity and balance)
- Emo clothing (BAWWWWWW)
- Amy Rose with curves and more "stylish" clothing (DOES NOT count as a fancharacter!)
- Cat FCs are frequent; they're good for now, but the rising amount is starting to become a problem
Trust me, I could easily judge myself for doing stupid things like this, but I have learned over the years that ORIGINALITY is better than POPULARITY. Why do you think I have more diverse species than anybody else and yet get about 10 pageviews every day on average? Because I'M THE ODD ONE, and yet people are bitching about how THEY don't see originality in characters anymore (SRSLY?!). HMMM... LET'S SEE... I HAVE A FOX (OH, THERE'S MY OVERUSED SPECIES LIMIT), A WOLF, A LION, AND A BULL. Oh, and there's an OSPREY character that I'm currently developing (I'm SURE there are very little, if not none, of these). HOW AM I NOT ORIGINAL?! HM?! YOU TELL ME!!!!
Fellow fanartists! Hear me! Please stop the madness! Redesign your characters so they don't look like the official ones as much as possible, size down your hedgehog count, Purge the world of recolors and idiot unoriginal people, AND MAKE SONIC FANART WORTH LOOKING AT!!!
