✧PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS✧
- I take 100% prepayment via PayPal (можно Сбербанк или ВТБ)
-If a commission is canceled for any reason, I will refund the money minus the amount for which work has already been done.
- Remember: sometimes I will not be able to return money immediately because i could already spent it for my living right now. Drawing is my only work.
