****RULES WILL LIKELY CHANGE OVER TIME****

Since I get a lot of people interested in doing art trades, requests and commissions I thought it would be a good idea to write down some rules, especially now that I will be opening up sketch comms soon! Let me know if you need clarification.

*** If you just want to see what I will not draw check List 3 down below. I try to include reasoning and exceptions for most.***

General Rules:
* Since I make the art, I can decide what happens to it, such as if I will post it on DeviantArt, Furaffinity, Pixiv, Twitter, etc. If I want to delete something from my gallery or move it to scraps, it’s up to me to decide.
* You don’t have to ask permission to repost art that I make for you as part of an art trade, commission, gift art or request. You can do what you please with the art I make for you. Give credit when possible, tho :)
* I may not always provide progress pics for art trades and requests, but I will try my best to provide frequent updates, especially for paid work.
* In the end, I decide what I want to draw or not. If something’s not ok with me for any reason (even if it’s not listed here) I will politely refuse. I try to minimize fetish content in my work.
* You are allowed to make art of my OCs. I would appreciate it if you credit me or inform me prior to publication. Please understand there are things I don’t want to see them in (See List 3 down below).

On Payments:
* Payments are usually received up front. If the cost of a work exceeds $40 then only half the amount is due upfront and the remaining amount would be paid once work has been completed.
* Payments must be sent within 48-72 hours of claiming a slot.
* We can make an arrangement if upfront payment is not possible at the time, just ask!
* No refunds except for unforeseen circumstances that would not allow me to finish work within 60 days. If I fail to produce a finished product after 60 days a refund may be processed.

List 2: Things I’m SOMEWHAT ok with:
# Anal: Not too good at drawing buttsex but I’ll do my best.
# Anthro x Feral: Will highly depend on the type of “feral” creatures we are dealing with. I’m fine with most fantasy/non-existent ferals (i.e. dragons, Pokemon, Digimon). Not ok with depicting actual animals (lions, tigers, bears, dogs, etc.) or My Little Pony type ferals.
# Biting and Scratching: As long as there’s little to no blood or it's done in a playful manner.
# Bondage: Just nothing too crazy plz. Try to keep it light!
# Breaking: I can depict it, just not as fanart! May be toned down some.
# Breeding: Generally fine with OCs. If it's a licensed character (i.e. Audie, Krystal, Tigress, etc.) there will be no impreg allowed (everyday is a safe day~).
# Cheating: Must be very toned down or only lightly implied. Otherwise I won’t be comfortable with it, particularly dealing with fanart.
# Cumflation: It’s weird to me, but I can draw it, just tone it down some.
# Cuckolding: Mostly fine, especially if every character takes enjoyment out of it, may tone down quite a bit...
# Digimon/Pokemon x Trainer: Only time I FULLY allow human x anthro. Still not the best at drawing humans tho, so I will limit how the trainer is represented in the art.
# Drug and alcohol use: Recreational drugs like marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, vaping are fine. Alcohol use is fine too. Heavy drugs such as heroin and cocaine are not ok!
# Electrostimulation / Shocks: Fine for kinky scenes. Just not overdoing it.
# Forced Sex: Usually ok with it, especially if we keep it kinky and sexy and not rapey.
# Foot Job: I’m not good at drawing feet! But if ya really want...I’ll try?? I don’t do foot fetishes tho...
# Gigantism: As long as it’s not for fetish reasons!
# Humans and humanoids: I’m not that good at drawing human faces! Certain aliens are fine if they look less human. I can try my best if you really want me to draw humans…
# Humiliation: Generally fine, nothing too crazy plz!
# Impregnation: Again, just not with licensed characters (i.e. Renamon, Cynder, Loona, etc.). Also I don’t do male impreg.
# Incest: Somewhat ok, may severely downplay it in the art.
# Internal / X-Ray shots: I can’t draw internal shots very well, so it will be simplified.
# Licensed Characters (Fanart): While I can draw fanart of almost anything (Spyro, Digimon, Pokemon, etc.) I DON’T want to depict characters from children’s media aimed at very young demographics (Dragon Tales, Paw Patrol, Peppa Pig, etc.).
# M/M: If they’re cuddling and keeping things lite it’s OK. If it’s sexual I’ll only do it if bits are obscured/not visible. Otherwise read List 3...
# Transformation: Never cared for it, but I may draw as long as it’s not a sequence. Only the completed transformation.

List 3: Things I’m NOT OK with:
- There are many kinks, fetishes and scenarios that I may not be comfortable with. These are just the ones that I often see and don’t want to be a part of. If I haven’t drawn it, there may be a reason! Please ask~
- Anything that discriminates or demeans other cultures, places, religions, races, etc. for any reason will NOT be depicted!
Abuse: Bodily and psychological harm are a no!
- Realistic Animal Genitalia: Not ok, would have to tone it down, especially if it's female.
- Bestiality: No humans x feral (this includes fantasy creatures)!
- Bodily waste: This includes puking, scat, soiled diapers, watersports and related stuff.
- Stealing others work: Don’t ask me to draw someone’s OC unless I get consent from that character’s owner. Don’t ask me to trace other’s work.
- Choking: May be somewhat ok for some kinky scenes, but I’ll definitely tone it down a lot. Otherwise I’m generally not ok with this.
- Diaper Stuff: just no.
- Death: I can draw tombstones, ghosts, zombies (toned down), undead, etc. and imply death in some way, but I’m uncomfortable explicitly depicting a dead person/animal/creature.
- Drowning / Suffocating: I’m extremely uncomfortable with this stuff.
- Drones: Sorry, I don’t understand the interest in turning someone into a mindless sex doll.
- Extreme body: Super muscular/skinny/obese, overly gigantic breasts, enormous or super long dicks, inflated belly, etc.
- Feral Lewds: No sexualized ferals. No feral x feral! don’t draw this kinda stuff, sorry.
- Foot Fetish: Don’t like, won’t draw, sorry!
- Gore: Some blood is fine. A little fighting too. But guts spilling out, decapitations, dismemberment, etc. is not for me.
- Humans x Anthro Sex: Normally I would rather not depict this scenario. Honestly I’m not very good at drawing humans, especially in sex. I particularly don't want self-insert stuff! If you REALLY want me to draw a sex scene I just won’t draw the face of the human or it would be from a POV perspective. Exceptions would be Pokemon or Digimon x Trainer, where I usually won’t have a problem with it :)
- Loli: If they look like children or underage but are “actually legal” I don’t care I’m not drawing this.
- M/M sex: Only if things are obscured. I’m still getting better at drawing dudes and gay sex is something I can’t properly depict yet, particularly anal sex. Maybe in the future once I’m more comfortable with it.
- Masochism or Mutilation: Don’t like inflicting extreme pain. Some spanking or whipping or slapping may be fine, anything beyond that (punching, bruising, etc.) is a no.
- Multiboob: Eh, don’t feel comfortable with it.
- Multi-genitalia: Multi-vag and multi-penis. Not comfortable with.
- Nipple Fuck: Sorry no.
- Pedophilia: NEVER OK. Characters depicted in sexual or erotic situations must be 18 years of age or older!
- Political Imagery: Just to stay clear of any messiness, for commissions or requests I won’t depict any type of explicitly political imagery.
- Pregnancy: Not comfortable drawing pregnant characters, sorry.
- Rape: Forced sex is different, and I may be ok with it depending on the scenario.
- Slavery: Characters may say “master” or something, but that’s about as far as I’ll go with that. I’m uncomfortable with the concept of slaves.
- Torture: Again, I don’t like seeing others hurt.
- Vore: It’s a popular fetish, but it makes me uncomfortable, especially the hardcore stuff.
