Hell, if you wanna go off of numbers, you're one of the most popular artists here! Personally, I loved the combination of artistic skill and humor in your pieces...even your erotic work was undeniably yours (in a good way)!
I'm hoping you find your muse again, this place won't be the same without you...:D
Truth be told, a lot of us "behind the scenes lurking fan boys" complain all the time when one of our favorite artists deletes everything. We hate it, but that's why I'm a sort of furry curator. I try to preserve as much as I can by organizing what artists post by artist names and aliases. It actually is a lot harder to do than it sounds, but somebody's got to do it, because some day all this work may just melt away into the ether of the internet.
When and if I ever get more serious, I’ll start organizing my collection further by organizing each work by year, if possible.
Erf, I am truely sorry if anything I deleted you might have wanted ._.
I assure you I wasnt intentionally trying to piss anyone off (and I know where you're comming from, it pisses me off when my favorite artists delete their stuff... I guess I just want thinking >.<).
If I can find everything, I might upload it to my scraps when I can :/.
Don't think that I'm personaly pissed off at you about this, because I'm not. If you upload any of your stuff, that's fine. Just don't do it for me and me alone.
BTW, one thing I just though of. When an artist deletes there archives, they also delete every fave that every person gave them. One of the ways I find new furry artists is by looking at people's faves. If I were doing this now, you wouldn't show up.
Faves are important because they make your presence known to more people.
I'm slagging through a heap of stagnation myself. I find that my drawings are homogenizing with everything else out there. I ditched this anime style that I used to have and experimented with toonier shit. (Just for the sake of doing something different)
I also found that taking a break broke me out of old habits.
I've seen artists do this "refresh" before, but the results are a mixed bag. Most of the time, their characters would look cooler. But other times, the artist will progress toward a more bland asthetic. It bums me out when this happens.
bleh, I'm jibbering artsyfartsy
(I need to get it out of my system every so often)
I feel the same...as if my art is kinda 'falling in with the crowd', you know? I wanna be able to give my drawings LIFE!! Not just have them on the page doing something sexy or funny, but to have them JUMP off the page...to make people beleive that these characters can actually exist!!
Bah...just bashing myself in the head a bit for being so bland and mainstream in my stuff...I feel as if everything I draw has been drawn already!
By all accounts I may be making a huge mistake here, but I think it's time I got rid of all the old stuff.
I know what you mean though :/.
I need to find inspiration again...
I feel as though all my stuff is the same, just with remixed characters and poses...there's no LIFE to my stuff at all!
But you finding your stuff to be stagnant? Wow...I would'nt have thought it possible, what with your ability to convey expression so well, but I guess each artist has to do that they have to do in order to satisfy their conscience!
Awuuu... best of luck to you. As someone who only recently discovered your art, I have to admit I was really enamoured with your style and everything vanishing is a very sad event for me. Still, I'll be awaiting your return... bolder.. brighter... better... bluer!
Finding your muse is very important for inspiration and drive. Somedays it's not enough just to know your talent alone can carry you through a project. I've found the best works have allways come rootd with passion (Love, hate, envy, joy) Whatever gets the blood flowin. :)
Best of luck with all the freshness. Check that expiration.
Mass deletions are anoying if you leave everything on the server. Now, I could care less.
I hope your "fresh start" is everything you hope it to be. I can't wait to see what comes next.
Truth be told I didnt know anyone would be bothered :/

*sits and watches*
Looking forward to it! Is there some place I could find the stuff you used to have up, though? I had a lot of it on my favorites.
Sorry it's taken so long >.<
Best of luck with all the freshness. Check that expiration.
Yaaay you'll be back! *revives*
It's horribly sad that as soon as I saw that journal title, I begun singing the rest of that song in my head D:
