Updated Prices & TOS and No August Base Freebies

Hey everyone,
Still need to Actually make a prices sheet with all of this info (and heck meant to do this at the start of the year TwT).. but I've updated my prices and typed out a proper TOS as well.

And as for the base freebies that I've been doing I'm skipping over this months due to life just being.. alot right now. So instead I plan to focus on commissions and a trade I'm doing for a laptop since my current one might get taken away at somepoint, idk..
