Cancer Update - My World Just Ended As I Know It
5 years ago
Put it simply; my mother’s cancer is worst case scenario. She has small cell stage 4 lung cancer. Average life expectancy is a year; could be more or less depending on how well she takes to the chemo and radiation.
Either way; my world has just ended and it’s only going to get worse... all hope is lost at this point

As it stands we have no funds for what is to come and have no idea how to get it as we are limited on fundraising. Hell found a reddit for charity donations, but you need 300 karma; how the fuck you get that when you need help immediately I have no idea.
Wishing you and your mother all the best and I hope the treatments help. In the meanwhile, the best thing to do is to make sure your mother is comfortable and that the two of you spend as much good time together as possible.
We dont reallly know eachother, and havnt talked much aside from discussing the Acrylic sculpture you made for, but i just want you to know that im here if you need to vent.
*big leggy hugs*
*edit* for whatever reason, GFM keeps crashing when i try to make a donation. Got a PayPal i can send you some $$ to?
2019 was not a fun year...
2020 isn't.
I want you to understand, no matter what be there for her and remember her as your mother, not a burden.
I just pray that your mom gets that hope that everyone's wishing for, because it can happen.
I lost someone very near and dear to my heart years ago to cancer. It sucks all the life out of you when there is nothing you can do.
Stay strong, for her and for yourself
One thing you can do for yourself -the sooner the better- is to do voice/video recording her saying that she loves you...and other things. You can listen to it forever on and it could give you some strenght to face life once she has to go. I sure hope it won't be anytime soon!
