there are some good news and some bad news relating to the gecc theme
starting with the bad-
i got scammed out of 17k rubles (somewhere around 230$) with some bastard selling me black leos
yeah, i know i'm dumb as fuck (especially with all the shady details i've missed) no need tell me that
rn i'm trying to figure out if i can get that back but for now it looks like i just gifted them :/
to the good stuff-
everyone is alive and growing
my biggest boy (hypo/jungle i call goroshek/pea) should be 5 something months old and he be thicc and pretty chill
second boy (tangerine or hypo? who got no name yet and just fast and stupid) is 2,5-3? months and he's still a bastard but at least he stopped chomping and yelling at me
third boy who i haven't shown actually (oreo, mack snow, bought as a fem but turned out male) is 1,5-2 max probably the most nocturnal bc i barely see him but pretty calm when held
and the ladies, newest arrival ordered from another, far-away city
tangerine tremper albino (horizontal stripes)
mack snow tremper albino (funky patterns)
and tangerine tremper albino enigma (tiny and orange one)
i don't know their exact age, also all of them supposedly carry eclipse genes (and even partially show them) which is kinda neat
don't know much about them yet because i got them just yesterday and they been allowed to rest in their new bins without any grabs or boops
also my fairy frog tadpoles have started sprouting front legs and started acting like an adult froggies
AND i got one of the fish i've wanted for years (african knife fish) and they are the weirdest things i tell you
even in person these guys look like some good cgi edit i love them

It really sucks about the scammer though :c There was one guy who scammed a shit ton of people by claiming he'd bred the first red ball python, and was selling babies het for the morph. There was even a video of the snake, so no one questioned him until years later when those supposed "het babies" couldn't even produce albino offspring
Turns out, he'd just painted a white snake red with watercolors .-. aljgakgjk
gotta wonder how it will go once they get old enough to breed
that's quite a story lol
but those guys at lest got some sort of snek which is already good and i got a shit ton of unread messages and hours of staring at horse buttholes, shading every damn wrinkle wasted :/
alkgjakjg, you're right! They got a $40 normal ball python instead of the $10k+USD one they were buying
In your case, you can't do anything through paypal itself since it was sent as a gift, but if it's a possibility where you're at, you might be able to contact the police about it and get them to open a dispute with paypal instead. I know Russia isn't the most chill right now though, so I don't know how safe you'd feel doing that?
als i'm looking into viper geckos and crested geckos tho probably not rn tho bc i already filled my shoebox-sized room with loot and roommates won't let me house anything outside my nest and no snakes (or anything venomous) in general :^(
it wasn't sent through paypal nor as a gift (it actually doesn't allow sending in-country payments anymore) but a country bank
and ye, i already contacted the police but idk if it will work tbh because i waited so long for shipment,,
