It;'s Nuts how time seems to fly between journal-updates
Main thing; We're all still ok here at home at the time of writing this journal.

•Things -are- a little Crazy in the Victorian state of Australia right now, we're on a Stage4 restrictions at the moment (& we've still been doing all we can to be taking as many safety precautions ahead of that also)

•We have at least another 6'odd weeks of the tighter restrictions. here's hoping that gets gets the state more under control.

•We're doing ok here, but I hope ya'll are doing everything you can to stay safe ad sane and in good spirits during this time also!
=INDEED reach out to online friends for chatting and socialisation; Well Aware that IM'ing and calling are not quite the same as in person contact, but they are still useful tools to make use of where that is less of an option.
=Try to keep on, or take up eating Healthy and Exercising where you can and is safe to do so; there is honestly a LOT to be said for what we put into our bodies that helps us feel better!
=FOR THE LOVE OF FLUFF, WEAR MASKS, WASH HANDS, SOCIAL-DISTANCE and use common sense folks!! It's not forever! and we help other more at risk & can beat this thing if we just observe safety protocol, go above and beyond where we can afford, and do right but not just ourselves, our close friends, but everyone around also!! BE THAT GOOD EXAMPLE!
