Entering the VR world first time

Finally bought myself a Oculus Rift S. After fiddling around finding the right adapter, because my gaming laptop has no display port I got it working. Man overwhelming experience ;) Then my first try playing my own created avatar through it was really something. Seeing your own paws moving in sync with your hands is absolutely neat. Didnt spend too much time on it because my eyes need a rest but for the first experience is was really nice. *webbed thumps up*.

Absolutely. Though I cant do it long I feel my eyes need to get used to it. So I will only stay only short in VR yet.

Is it the blue light, Or motion sickness?

Motion sickness is not the problem. I guess its just that they are not used to it yet. Maybe the blue light.
