Need help with doctor bills

I really need to go see a doctor soon, I've been doing my best to put it off but the allergic reaction I've been dealing with has just getting worse and worse and I dont know what to do.
I'm going to be taking offers on all my characters to try and get some money to go, as I live in america and healthcare isnt free ( hate it here)
