All you have to do to order art is write me in the notes.
What do I need from you?
- Reference of your character is full body, preferably without shadows, as I may not get to the desired color.
-Write your wishes and preferences in posture and emotions. If you have no ideas, describe your character and give creative freedom.
- Pay your commissions on time. I do not start work without payment (sometimes I offer payment after the sketch).
-Dedline from 3-4 month, but the time can be extended due to unforeseen technical and health problems.
-Ordering a commission and you agree to wait your turn, please do not write me every week about how the order is doing. I will send you all the steps in person.
-I can take an extra charge for the complexity of the order, but it's negotiable in person.
-You can make 4 corrections for free, then there's the surcharge. In the line and shadow stages, I don't edit...
-After you complete your order, you receive an PNG file, I can also translate it into another format that is convenient for you.
Payment is only accepted through Bossty.to, PayPal. In the case of PayPal fraud/scam/chargeback, you will be automatically blacklisted; If this is concerning a design/character purchased from me, the full rights to the design/character return to me.
Payment plans: if we agree on a payment plan, you must stick to the agreed scheduled payments. You will receive what you are purchasing once you have paid in FULL. If you cancel your payment plan a refund will NOT be issued for what you have already paid.
I won't refund you after the payment is done, so please be sure you want and can afford it before commissioning! After payment, I guarantee you'll get your commission. I will not issue refunds unless I have failed to properly communicate with the commissioner after 2 months of failed communication or reply.
As stated by many artists, you are allowed to use your order for non-commercial purposes only (post the piece to your gallery as long as credit is given; print it out to hang, or make things for your own personal use). You can't sell the artwork for profit or reproduce the image in any way. Remember that the copyright of the final image will belong to me.
If you ask me to hold a design and then back out/do not pay in time you will be blacklisted from purchasing designs from me in the future.
After purchase, you accept all rules above.
