Test does a Raffle for 10K views!! [CLOSED]

Ahhhh yes! It is raffle time as they say. I'm a tad late to the game as I had planned this I know but I'm here with it now!
I may not exactly push my own art out there, wish I could but oof does work leave me tired. However, 1 thing I absolutely do enjoy doing is commissioning beautiful artwork. To show my appreciation for you lovely ladies and gents for watching, following, and dealing with art dumps which grace your subscriber feeds, i present to you this lovely raffle! ^^
This art raffle with be commissioned by the wonderful
phinja. He's agreed with me to get a piece for 2 characters with a simple background, SFW or NSFW as applied. The piece will be done with the raffle winner's character of choice along with Test herself, all paid by myself.

Rules:
To enter, simply comment down below and be sure you are a watcher to my account, I will then tag you with a number associated to you. RANDOM.ORG will handle all of the rest for me ^^
Anyone can enter so long as you have a viable reference to your character of choice, I wouldn't mind seeing that along with your entry :3
The winner will have the option for Test to be male or female and also Dragon or Raptor.
Please do keep in mind of the artist and that they will only draw to their own specifications, so nothing absurd!
And please, no empty accounts or anything like that, don't make me a sad or i may not be doing these again T.=.T
