Trying To Rent A New House

Sorry to be so silent, things was a bit weird, hope you had a nice day. <3
So, I'm Searching a new home, the reason probably some already know. This house there has a very unstable power wall.
I even bought a USP but his battery get crazy.... the power all is too unstable, and I need to get off there before my only computer get crazy too. So maybe I found a new house to rent, I'm awaiting for reply if my credit will be enought to rent that new house.
It is the double of the cost of that one, so its because that I increased the amount of ychs lately, I do not want to raise all my prices to get it, but I'll do some adjust on my style prices, Quick concept will be the same, 100 for ychs and 130 for two versions ych.
If everything go right, I may move early this next month. :'3
May I increase Cellshadding style to 140~150. And I'll do more multiple slots ych. I'll try to do more safe or sexy multiple slots ychs.
I'm not sure if you guys want some adult multiple slot ych theme, I already know that there some want it. but I'm not sure because I like more romantic stuff, like this one -> https://www.furaffinity.net/view/37688548/
So if anytime I do something more adult, before bidding tell some friend that may join their characters with yours.. or someone can get the other slot instead.... this already happened... LOL
