Just when I felt like things were getting back on track I had to get a tooth extracted today. So I'm having to take it easy for the next 24 hours at least.

Take as much time as you need. My friend had wisdom teeth removed, so he’s getting lots of rest.

they want me to get those removed too but I don't know that I will. It's one of those they "can" cause problems but if they don't and they haven't yet then I'm going to delay it/avoid it as much as possible

I know what you're going through, man. I've also had some teeth removed; 4 of them in fact and it took me a week and a half to fully recover from the pain.
