In my universe, he is a bouncer who works at a small bar called "Dangerous Angels" but you can rework that to fit into the theme if you so wished it. I would just call it an alternate universe of Victor P. Creed.

So maybe a prince Victor P. Creed for your universe who is air to a small country

His personality is basically this. So he appears threatening. But personality-wise, rather nice to those who need it. Laidback. Enjoys boxing and kids. Doesn't speak much unless he feels the need to speak.

Can be rather sarcastic when being joking or teasing someone.

He'll always make up new stories about why he only has one eye and never be straight forward about it.
