Starting back on Commissions.

I'm going to restart working on coms starting next Sunday. I'll be contacted everyone left in the commission queues to see if they are still interested and take on everyone who is. My plan is to flush the queues like this and reopen for new coms in November or maybe sooner.
To the people who have a few entries in the queue, I'm going to offer to take on everything you have in there, but if you pass on something it's getting flushed as well. The Full Render queue might function differently. I'll do a write up on the whole process once I get to it.
