So if you've been following the news/weather, there are a couple of hurricanes in the Gulf. While at this time we are not planning to evacuate we have emergency supplies and do not anticipate a major disruption, however, as a result things may slow down for a couple of days due to weather.

That being said, for now, we are okay and I will do my best to keep folks in the loop. In the event we lose power I'll try to keep in touch through an intermediary.

I'm sending good thoughts your way, and hoping the storm will blow itself out before it does any serious damage. I haven't been keeping up as well as I ought, being more focused on other issues, but no hurricane is a good one and please take care of yourself!

We've been keeping an eye out, so far it looks like we might not get the worst of it, but hopefully at best we'll get just a little rain and maybe lose power for a few hours, but we'll see.

You stay safe and keep watching the weather. I mean watch the sky itself. You'll pick up on the storm coming before the weather report comes in. Again stay safe and I hope nothing to rough happens.
