Weird can be subjective. Are you thinking of...
1: A weird TF catalyst (An alien substance drops from the sky, adhering to your body while in the middle of a crowd)
2: A weird TF process (Slowly changing with no conscious control over your changed parts)
3: A weird end state
- 3a: A weird creature/thing (Cthulhu-like being)
- 3B: A weird interpretation of a common creature/thing. (A boobsnake, multilimbed hyena, or an original chimera of some sort.)

A combination of those elements could be something like: Every time you sneeze, you lay an egg. Part of your then turns into the animal that egg blongs to (bird, reptile, mythical, etc.)

Body horror is typically considered weird by most as well. Like the body warping/multiplying/changing in grotesque ways without the persons control. Multiple limbs, genitalia, heads, etc, or the dissolvement of said features.

Maybe a rouge head appears and begins warping their shared body to its own devious plan?
