TERMS OF SERVICE - UPDATED 01/29/2025
I open slots monthly, first on PATREON or SUBSCRIBE STAR and then in public if wasn't fully booked. Last opening February 7th 2025.
AGREEMENT
- Ordering a commission means you accept the TOS.
- I reserve the full right of using all artwork as a part of my portfolio. The exception to this are private and commercial commissions;
- Unused sketches of your commissions may be used in my future projects. The exception to this are private and commercial commissions.
- ETA is 1 month after full payment for most commission types, comic pages might take up to 2 months to finish;
- File resolution: 2500px on the smaller side for most of the commission types, A4 300 dpi for comic pages, 1000x1000 for emotes/stickers.
- Copyright of all artwork itself is mine, and for each character their respective owner.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
- Payment via PayPal, using invoices.
- Full prepayment after sketch phase.
- I will respect a quote for 6 months even if prices changed during this time period.
- Payment plans are available for commissions starting at 200 USD and up, with a minimum of 100 USD per month.
- Payment is required within three days after the issuing of invoice.
- Since payment is made after sketch, you can expect 70% refund if commission gets cancelled by you after that step, 30% refund if linework-flats were done and no refunds for finished and accepted work.
- It might take me up to 10 days to process your refund request.
CORRECTIONS:
- If I forget to add details that you have on your visual references, I will do those changes with no extra charge;
- At the sketch stage, big changes are allowed (pose, angle, bg changes, etc). After the inks or flats are complete, three small corrections are free (ex. hair color, body parts sizes, adding or removing details). After these free corrections, each correction costs 15 USD.
You MAY:
- repost your commission/adopt/YCH anywhere you want, with credit to me;
- redraw it as you wish, with credit to me;
- edit it, with credit to me;
- print it for private use.
I DRAW:
- anthro, pony, feral and fantasy characters;
- fanart;
- NSFW and SFW arts;
- porn, nudity;
- BDSM, bondage;
- pet play;
- hypnosis;
- size difference;
- vore/ovi;
- preg/male preg;
- erotic asphyxiation;
- belly bulges.
Feel free to ask about fetishes that are not listed here. The worst that’ll happen is I decline.
It's COMPLICATED for me to draw:
- humanoid faces;
- mecha.
I'll draw for extra fee and won't post to my gallery, but you are free to post it anywhere:
- gore;
- scat/copro/watersports;
- diaper play/ddlg;
- penis/anal vore.
I DON'T draw:
- cub/loli/shota porn(includes characters that only look child-coded);
