i can understand his parents, you can find very weird people un the internet, and websites like this are ground zero of weirdness, imagine being them, finding out there's a group of people so obsessed with animals (and the sheer amount of nsfw stuff related) and then discover that their child (15 years old) wants to be one of them, they surf on the site to better understand, only to find out stuff like vore, foot fetish of sonic, hypermuscular dragons and lot and lot of weird naked cat/fox ladies, this isn't overreacting, they have all the reasons of this to be worried, it's a difficult situation and nothing that can be solved in a matter of a day, wolfie is my watcher too, since his age i've checked his account every now and then, because i knew something like this could happen, i don't know the full situation, but most probably you did nothing wrong this isn't your fault
