Hello everyone,
Have not made one of these since March before things went bad for us all thanks to the virus. Well you will be happy to know I am still around and well. So far not come down with the virus so that was a good thing. Been safe in my lair and only coming out when a good need to comes up. So the West Coast Mystic Minotaur of Muscles is safe and well.
But a friend of mine (who asked not to be named), finds he has, "Umbilical Hernia" and wanted me to post this on my journal hoping if any of you came down with it or know of anyone that came down with it. He wants to know what was the treatment used and did it help deal with the problem? I hope there is someone out there that can help him with these questions.

But it's up to what the doctor says, honestly.
as for your friend I thinks he need to see his doctor.

as others above me said, his best bet is getting evaluated by a doctor
the sooner, the better; also, at what stage is this hernia? a picture of the site should be able to indicate its severity, rather readily.

that was the procedure i had done for my hernia which, thankfully, never became terribly distended!
