Was looking for something else on the DAZ 3D site, and they actually had an ad for:

Old to you maybe, I'm finally upgrading from a pair of 1050s to a 1080.

Im looking at the 3080 which is more powerful than the 2080 ti and is 50 dollars less than what I paid for my 1080 ti back in 2017. I could go for the 3070 which is a couple hundred less but I want the 10 gigs of onboard ram instead of the 8..

The 1050s were 4GB, which is why a 1080 will be a step up for me, as is the 32GB upgrade-able to 64 vs the 24 in the current beast. (not that I'm ditching the older system, I'll just use it when I'm not fighting all this fur and dForce hair/clothes!)
