Swift footed, fast, never stopping to relax with the mission is to deliver the packages/letter at all cost. That means even ending a life if it is necessary for him to complete his mission.

Basically he uses his wind magic to boost up his kicks when slamming his foot down. Another way he uses his air magic is to boost his speed while running. His wings are used as a rutter system to help slow or help speed him up.

He can cast a variety of spells, but specializes in storm magic, be it thunder or lightning. Uses a lot of gestures and fancy footwork when doing so when he can. Think Bending from Avatar mixed in with the motions from Outlaw Star. For example, he can channel lightning down one arm and firing it off of the other.

Hikido is a Liquimancer, so his skill is the manipulation of liquids. He's also a living liquid himself, as the result of an accident he had when younger. He prefers to take the form of an Eastern Dragon however, since that's what he was before said accident, but he can reform himself into any shape, as well as any liquid.

If you’re alright with drawing something from the Warhammer Fantasy setting, then I’ll propose my Skaven Grey Seer. Using his universe’s Dark Magic, Akriven specializes in the Lore of the Warp which he employs in both combat and alchemy. His most favored spell is definitely Warp Lightning which, true to the name, sees him let loose arcs of brilliant green lightning from the tips of his fingers.

Akriven’s other often used spells are more for utility such as Skitterleap for teleportation and Stickypaws for climbing walls and ceilings. Though he prefers to avoid fighting whenever possible, Akriven does indeed have knowledge of other offensive spells like Scorch and Verminous Ruin. He also isn’t afraid to fall back on Avatar of the Horned Rat as a last resort. Still, nothing gives the rat greater joy than to invoke the Dreaded Thirteenth Spell and turn those afflicted into Skaven.
