After a day of stressing and prepping, my little group has relocated to my wife's grandparent's place. It's safer here and likely will remain so for at least a while. I'm praying it stays that way. Also praying that the fires near my town don't actually reach my house. We shall see.

For those that don't know, there are wildfires near where I was living. Been worrying about it all day. Finally made the decision to move out.

I feel like my life is slowly burning away. Lost my job. Fires near my home. Most of the things I own in danger. Saved more than we should have, in some ways. Computers, just the towers. Our Pathfinder stuff. A few art things and a couple writing things. Lots of food and some clothes of course. So many things that will burn if the fires reach my house. So much lost.

There's still a chance it'll all be safe. I hope so. Never been in this position before. If you are of a faith, please pray for us and all the people in our area.
