Im fkin idiot. Comm delays (I hope not a lot)

As title says, I'm totally fuckin idiot.
Today I cleaned my laptop, because we get new router and I wanted to do this clean for better Internet, in shortcut.
AND I DELETED "TO DO" FOLDER WITH ALL .SAI FILES.
I totally don't know HOW. Im so stupid.
Now all my progress is lost, and all I can do, to be happy that I got all WIPs saved in mail and Trello to-do list. Like, I need to do all lineworks and all stuff which I already done in past, AGAIN.
Im so angry at myself, cause I know that I was on holiday and I got delays, now they're even bigger. Honestly, I want to cry, but I can't fkkggjgi where's my fucking brain
Now it's late night and I really hope I'll be able to sleep.
From tomorrow I need to take my lazy ass and start to fix it all, which my stupidity did today.
It may generate some delays, cause I don't know how much time I'll need to fix it. I hope that I'll rush and repair it quick.
That's all, I'm so sorry, I know that we're only humans but it doesn't explain my actions.

Recuva is a bad idea, because once I tried to use it to find two deleted photos. Sadly, it didnt worked and it found many, many files which I never knew existed in my computer xD
So thank u so much, gonna try and find that folder by restore
Yeah, I didn't realize they had Recuva in that link, just linked it for easy SR reference. I hope you can get everything back!
It was like chaotic cleaning, I opened many folders in one location (folder called Furaffinity in disc), deleted files and when I thought that I deleted too many, I opened recycle bin and recycled it all. I did it few times, so after I deleted the whole folder, I probably trashed more files later and cleaned recycle bin again.
So... I dont know, Im gonna try to do something, but I dont know if it gonna work :/ doing linearts again isnt that painfull, but I got two pictures which was in half-way to finish. And Im worried about those two.
I got kinda bad experience with Recuva, it didnt helped me last time so Im not sure if its time worth to try it again. Also my laptop is slow trash xd
