I'm glad I missed the drama

I know I just made a journal entry, but I want to say this, and I don't want two messages muddying up my other entry.
I'm really glad I was gone during the whole cub art fiasco, although its annoying to come back to the site and find more then half the people I was watching gone, and not all of them left their DA address either.
But one thing that really bothered me is a message one of those people left saying all people still using FA and not wilfully having a dramafit are pedophiles.
I do NOT support child porn, even if it is drawn on a peice of paper, even if its of an anthro character instead of a human. But I'm not going to run off this site because of that, especially when I just got back. And I do not appreciate that generalization being made about me! Am I the only person who can agree to disagree?

I never made a journal about all that cub drama anyways. lol
I only watched events unfold, although I have always disliked child/cub porn. However, I do not generalize people because of that drama. I mean it's stupid and brings troubles into communities.

No seriously, it was like the last three days. :O Talk about lucky.
I did find it weird that they only removed human pedophilia and not furry pedophilia though. But I suppose that "Furries" don't legally count as humans. Damn loopholes.
When something on a website starts a flame war, the entire user base of the website is blamed, not just the flamethrowers. I'm here because the site's simple to use and it's a place to store my music (once I get off my ass and upload it). I try to avoid anything dealing with cubs and/or drama.
These people should be treated to a prompt snort of derision and ignored ASAP, for their opinions carry weight with none but like-minded individuals and donot affect the society at large.

Plus, I kept getting about 200 journals about it in my inbox every day, which was really annoying.
I meant journals of people ranting about it followed by journals about considering leaving or staying as if it was some giant cliffhanger. Plus the ones who were like "Bye bye pedos" as if staying meant you supported it.
