Does anyone know how to change these settings?

I'm having trouble changing the prices in my commission folder here on FA. My prices are outdated and I need to get them up to date, but whenever I click Edit I can't seem to clange the prices listed.

I finally realized why I couldn't seem to do it: I can't edit my prices with my phone, only my computer!
