I thought this was an awesomely cool meme so I shamelessly STOLE it from micahfennec.
Look through your favourites, or your friends favourites, or browse through the latest submissions. Pick out FIVE images that are listed below that have that identification with it. It DOESN'T have to be porn, but it can if you want to. And it DOESN'T have to be a big favourite of yours, or you don't have to like it at all, it just has to spark a certain interest that fits whats listed below, and link to it so people can see :3 (These images can ONLY be on FA though. You're VERY welcome to post it on DA or any other art side you are on, providing the images you link to are on that website only).

What can I say about this? I'm sure everyone on FA has seen it - and Kacey certainly deserves the attention! She's an incredibly talented artist. The ammount of detail in this is just.. amazing. It makes me feel like all the work I do is chicken scratch! All her work is very inspiring for me, and makes me want to push myself harder and harder artistically. Not to mention that this is done in traditional media, HOLY WOW!

Just beautiful. Kaput is another artist who just completely amazes me. This peice in particular really touches me - the symmetry of the character between the trees, under a clear and open sky. It feels like a huge fresh of breath air - I can almost hear the birds calling to eachother and imagine the sun and shadows playing on the ground. The look on the otter's face is also so blissful, peaceful. The whole thing is just wonderfully organic and inviting.
2) Find a picture that shocks you, makes you feel uncomfortable, or is just generally WTF.

Another one by the infamous Mandi, Queen of Adorable. I really really /really/ love this. Firstly - just the idea of protecting a mostly aquatic animal from the rain tugs at my humour. But moreso, it's very sweet and endearing - taking a moment out of one's life to shelter another. Looking at this always makes me feel happy. :3

This is one of my absolute favorite things on FA. The soft glow of everything in the picture makes it feel very detatched and surreal. The lighting is very striking - but not overly so. I just think it's so very beautiful, and makes me feel, if not sad, a little contemplative. The look on the foxe's face seems stoic and yet somehow sad. Not quite sure how to explain it, but this is another one that touches me.
5) Finally, find a picture that you just want to show, because its either cool, weird, funny or just omg or even if its a drawing/picture from a friend, that you think deserves to be seen!

Yes another by Mandi! X3 I can't help it. I LOVE LOVE this piece. It's inspiring and sweet, and I think every artist can relate to it in some way. To me it says we are capable of creating amazing things, that our imaginations have wings and the.. wall is the limit. ;} I'm not sure if Mandi created this for such a deep purpose - but part of the joy of art comes from intepretation (I know I spelled that wrong. :|) of the people who see it.

Irian is easily one of my favorite artists here on FA. This particular peice is very simple, and complex to me at the same time. I feel like it's very /solid/ - the pose is so strong, powerful. But at the same time, it's very organic and 'real' feeling. Again with the traditional media - I'm a sucker for it.

Hida is one of my favorite dragons, and Kaput is one of my favorite artists! Couple that with one of my favorite things to do on the weekends, and this one was an instant hit with me! XD

Vegex is another of my favorite artists here on FA! I love his unconventional style, and he's certainly not afraid of contrast and bright, bold colors. I really really love this one in particular. I am a huge sucker for unicorns - but this goes far beyond the 'traditional' unicorn. I can't quite explain how this one makes me feel, but it speaks to me a lot and I find it very inspiring.
