To each their own, I hope you won't hate on me for not sharing your dislike of those search results. I'd agree for when you don't want to see that kind of stuff it ought to have some sort of seperate category, though.

Theoretically, you could add "-fart" and "-gas" to the search query and you'd filter out quite a bit of those.
