well this is a bit superficial as far as data goes but I pulled up these stats and in terms of tagged hits alone renamon beat blaziken almost 5 times over.

renamon found 108529 times in 51525 submissions.
blaziken found 24822 times in 12956 submissions.

Though that same method also validates that lucario beats gardevoir by a landslide.

Blaziken is more personal preference. Like I said, I had nothing with Digimon.
