Ah, I usually try not to tell what to draw to others but rather try to find out what they personally enjoy the most. So, big Burr, got any fun Halloween stories to share or some info about what you enjoy about October in general? 🎃(^.=.^)

What exactly does "Extravagant Doublerly Von Month" stand for? Did something in specific inspire you in that regard? ^_^

The leaves and the cool air I enjoy a lot ^^ I love seeing the leaves change colours on that time of year. And feeling the air that's not too hot or not too cold. just feel nice to have around really ^^

For "Extravagant Doublerly Von Month" I wanted to do some drawing and since halloween coming in the corner, I guess I wanted to do something special for October. mostly with themetober going on I somewhat wanted to make the theme up so anyone just request something that's halloween related :P

Halloween related like that idea with the two macro characters in space? Just noticing that, hehe. <X3

Ah, that surely is very sweet. Autumn/Fall as a season can be rather pretty if you like to take walks in nature or if you got to enjoy it from your garden definitely. Some adults might not be too keen of the moment when they got a garden littered with loads of leaves. Kids on the other hand will easily love it to either collect the colorful leaves or put together a big pile of them and jump into it akin to a haystack.
My mascot Shiny is pretty much the same. He enjoys spending time in his garden always and when there's a bunch of leaves he often just can't do else but taking a happy leapon or into the pile of leaves. It sure makes for a good hiding spot as well if it's your dude's turn to search. 🍂(^.=.^)🍁

In regards of Halloween the autumn is significant for the festivals' dedicated orange color sceme that isn't just limited to pumpkins. Aside from it, you have the usual somewhat slightly windy weather which often leaves people to believe that some gosts are flying by and swirling around the leaves, perhaps howling, their voices being the wind. Trees with naked branches wake the illusion of waving hands, also adding to the unique ghostly nature of things.
Of course it depends from person to person how they look at such things. My Shiny does enjoy walking around the neighborhood around Halloween and seeing other people in costumes though he sure can be spooked if people put certain ideas into his imagination. Poor lil guy once got told about aMonster living under kids' beds waiting to surprise him at night and stealing away his Totodile tail. That resulted in him hiding under a blanket and being quite nervous for a while until his dudes apologized and made sure that he would be able to sleep without any nightmares again. <X3
But that said, Shiny nowadays has learned that even Ghosts and Monsters can be quite friendly. Like when meeting some Haunter, that one liked to jump out and scare people but also enjoyed some happy company which lead to Shiny having quite the amusing Halloween playing Ghostotodile.👻

Oh yeah, no doubt about it ^^ Falls always everyone fave to do. as I was once a kid I always wanted to jump on leaves and go around playing. Even thanks giving is around the corner soon. But Festvials. Hmmm... Festvials are always fun to go to. I sometimes go to a japanese festivals with some friends and being honest, it was my first time to before 2020 started. I really enjoyed going there. so much to see Japanese Cultures and exploring it. But really do recommend to if you're interested in it ;3 but I would always to see more festivals like Halloween or europe stuff which that caught my interests. Though if Shiny is under my bed I be sure to give him a great hug and while sleeping too ;3

Oh, you got Japanese festivals in your area? I live in North-Rhine-Westphalia in Germany and the only Japanese culture festival that we have is the one at the Rhine-Hanabi-fest that takes place during summer. It's a bunch of booths along the river walkway in Düsseldorf. Have there been once and cosplayed with people. The fireworks were pretty.

Ah, your remark reminds me quite some of Shiny's other fear, namely the one of thunderstorms. Pop a balloon and Shiny might jump but not getting really affected by it, though have drumming roaring thunder plus lights going off and the lil guy will definitely want to hide under a bed or behind a plush toy. It's good that he has such friendly big dudes by his side that wanna comfort him whenever he gets nervous.

So yeah, I counted down some likable things about the season and perhaps you found some things that might help you with more motifs for your drawing challenge. Happy to help out. Shiny sure is cheering for you as well. (-^.=.^-)

A little bit in the area yeah but I have to head into the city for it to view the culture festival ^^ for cosplay I think so but I don't remember atm but I do know there are cosplays that do go on in anime north. sometimes anime, non-anime and fursuits. oh yeah Fireworks are always amazing to look at, even if it's night time ^^

Awwww I had no idea shiny was scared of lightning. poor fella :c but he's to get a hug from me if he need someone by his side.

Ah, I've been o cosplay, anime & manga cons. There are lots of talented and creative people represeinting characters of their favorite shows and also screenings of a bunch of shows and movies. I remember still when I watched the movie "Summer Wars" with like fifty people togetehr and everybody was cheering and laughing together. Makes for wonderful memories. =3

Yeah, he had a rather frightening experience in his past where he was out and it started to get stormy. Since then he cannot help but get still quite scared when similar weather conditions come up. Maybe some day he can completely shake his fear of it off. but until then he's glad that he always has some place to return to for safety.
