So thats what one month worth of rain in 6 hours looks like.

We just had a storm yesterday... It wasnt supposed to be a big deal, just signal No.1... but the rain wont stop coming down and before I knew it I was wading in floodwater INSIDE my house. That didnt bring me down much... at least I can watch TV or draw on the 2nd floor to pass the time. Then the effing power lines went out and the skies were so dark that it looked like dusk when it was actually noon. I spent the day sleeping instead... then the early morning mopping up all the crap the flood brought in.

An underpass... now an aquarium

Not even cars are spared
Were still currently under a state of emergency... but thank goodness the rains have weakened and the flood is already subsiding.

Also, thank goodness you're alright. D:
Hope you weren't hit too bad by the flooding.
Hope clean up isn't too bad for ya though.
