I just wanted to add this in cuss I saw someone else having it and really just thought HUH... I SHOULD DO THAT TOO!!! SO here it is.

Please don't distribute, claim, copy, edit, render, repost, and/or use my art work without my permission.
Only commissioners are allowed to repost my art, but it must be credited to me. If my commissioned art is a gift, the other party has permission to repost but with credit


Just a reminder, I do NOT support Zoophiles. I draw NSFW feral and athro art. If you do not like it, then don't look at it, simple as that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The only place I post that is on Furaffinity. This is just a source of income for me. I don't think or want animals at all like that. (Also I'm not a furry. Please don't label me as such, I just enjoy drawings more than anything else. *joke*)

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝐀. 𝑹𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔:

A. As the artist, I reserve the right to show and distribute my work; Unless stated otherwise. This includes Merchandise, Prints, Charms, Enamel Pins, Lanyards, Etc. Meaning, I can make Merchandise off the image unless you state Ahead of Time. Hence reserving the right to distribute my work as I please.

(1A). If the Commissioner would like to keep their work Private, a fee will be given.

B. I may refuse any commission whether paid or not.
(1B). If you have paid, you will receive a refund in an amount depending on how much work was done. (i.e., Full Sketch, Flat Color, Shaded, etc.) Either partial or full refund.
(2B). You May Not request a refund on a commission unless I'm unable to complete the image.
(2B-1). This means if I've begun working you cannot request a refund.
(3B). As the commissioner, You may modify Your Own commission, so long as my watermark remains on the image and proper credit is given.


D. I won't draw , Diapers, Vore, Vomit, Inflation, Mecha, nor Hate Art. I also will Not draw Females or Futa/Herm Characters. If I do, It'll be on my own terms as I am sometimes uncomfortable with drawing it.



E. Artistic Freedom is always required when working with me.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝐁. 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 (𝐚𝐧𝐝/𝐨𝐫) 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬:

A. The Client must use Paypal, Cash App, or Zelle.

B. An Invoice (Or Request/Link) will be sent.

C. If a Payment Plan is needed, please speak prior to work being done.
(1C). If a Payment Plan is needed, The Client must be able to pay within the Same Month.

D. Payment is Due within 24 Hours of Purchasing a YCH or Commission.
(1D). A Grace Period of 3-5 Days Is Allowed [IF] You ask ahead of time.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝐂. 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬:

A. A refund may be distributed to the commissioner in an amount that will depend on how much work was done.

B. If I have Not started, a Full Refund will be Given (if I choose to decline the commission for whatever reason).

C. You May Request A Refund If you've waited longer than [2] Months.


𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝐃. 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐈𝐏𝐬:

A. WIPs are Only Given if the Commissioner Asks for one. So, Please ASK if you'd like WIPS!

B. Minor Edits can be Fixed if asked for Prior.
(1B). The Client may ask for [3] Changes before a Small Fee will be Charged.
(2B). If there is a Mistake on My side, I will fix it without an extra charge.

C. If the commission is Finished and You have approved of the sketch and ask for a change once Coloring begins, I am Not Required To Fix (and or) Edit Anything. Unless It is My Fault. I Will NOT Edit ANY Completed Image.

D. If Your Reference Sheet is NOT updated in Any Way, I will Not work with you.
(D1). However, if the client is willing to pay a small fee for me to work with "Images" versus a Reference Sheet, then that's fine. I will Work based on what is Given To Me. So, please be sure the Images are Up-To-Date. I will not work with Description Based Characters.


𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝐄. 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤:

A. I work anywhere between 1 week and 2 Months, depending on how my schedule/days turn out.

B. I keep in contact with my commissioners through private messaging -- I will ask which works best for both of us. Comments on my profile to let me know you are interested in something are a good way to get my attention, and I will shift to private messaging with you.

C. I hop around from Commission to Commission to get work done more efficiently.


𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝐅. 𝐍𝐒𝐅𝐖 (🔞):

A. Commissioners Must Be 18+ to Purchase any type of NSFW piece. NSFW Art can be seen posted only on Furaffinity.net unless given permission otherwise.

NSFW can also be added to YCH.

B. Please Comprehend, YCHs might be Reused in Any Way or Form. You're Paying for your Character to be In the Image. You are Not paying for the Line-work. This doesn't count for Every Single YCH.

C. Upon Purchasing a commission, please state if anything needs to be Changed Prior to me Working on it and If you'd like a WIP. Otherwise, Changes will Not Be Made and WIPs will Not Be Given.

D. Please Do Not Hassle Me about a Commission. I will give Updates Whenever I'm able to.
