good news today i got blood results from doctor and doctor say its wonderful my blood and my kidneys are healthy

bad news: i just found out i have the rare illness "IgA nephropathy" for 6 months so right now i feel some depression but i feel fine from the 6 months so i must slowed it down

but long as i keep taking the vitamin pills that are kidney friendly i should be good
