Thats spreading misinformation. The terms of service state more that you cant use the models to print your own versions and sell them as your own.

Doesn't the creator have assets that all belong to Hero Forge anyway? Can't have people claiming assets they actually made as their own. As far as I've seen of it, you can't really create your own things from scratch, just apply things they made to bases they also made, so it's a given that it's their content.
