Happy B-day to me?
I do not feel any joy about this at all (because of depression I do not experience positive emotions for a long time), But ... before this day was always pleasant and kind for me.

I know that feeling of being depressed on your birthday. Hope you can find something extra special to mark the celebration. I know it can be hard, but you deserve it.
