I haven't been using DeviantART cause well... yeah. New layout makes me want to punch myself. LOL

I've been doing a lot of new things and haven't been drawing much. 2020 is a chaotic year and too much happened. Though I did started streaming on Twitch this year. :D And it's going pretty well so far! Along with drawing artwork, streaming was always a dream for me.

If ya have postybirb questions, I can always try to answer. The big trick is to make a template so you only have to fill a few things in.

I've actually been using DA more since Eclipse, although I was put into the beta a year before everyone else got it. It doesn't do good for groups, though. And they also don't have all the feature on mobile that desktop has even though it's all a mobile layout?

I've been the exact opposite in this chaos. Been drawing a lot and finished my very first big art project. It's still been nuts, though. My gosh. Speaking of dreams, I'm planning to try some animating for videos or storytimes because I've always wanted to try. Super wish ya success on your streaming. Perhaps also cross-post what you do to youtube afterwards?

Oh? Well it's nice that you got a chance to get use to it. I just don't like the searching stuff and how hard it is to view and remove art you've viewed. Makes it hard when you're watching ALOT of people. They removed a few tags I really liked browsing also. Maybe it's fixed now though and they added it back.

Nice! Congrats on your first big art project. :D And I wish you luck on your animating. You do really amazing stuff, so I know you can do it! Though I know it'd also take alot of hard work and time. I could put my stuff on Youtube, I'd need to save videos if I'm gonna do that though. And also a really good editor for videos. I like my effects so, I'd need to find something that has good effects.

Ahhh, yeah they did take Categories away. I wish they'd return at least the basics because its impossible to search for photography or stories anymore. Folk seem to be using tags more, though, luckily. I think. (They should make it so folks need to tag at least 2 keywords to post if they wanted to get rid of categories.)

It's free. I haven't gotten to look through all of its abilities yet, but It's been relatively easy to understand. Dunno if it has any effects and stuff, but its def got Layers so you can add audio and visuals over things you already have. ANd it doesn't have a watermark.

Yeah I really liked Categories. Now you gotta dig to even find anything. RIP old art also. Never will find old stuff even if you search it.

Oh wow! DaVinci Resolve was actually the most recommended to me. I guess that program it is! It must be good when it was suggested multiple times.

But yeah I knew I can't survive on Twitter being an artist so, may as well just use actual art sites. I just keep coming back to FA.

Yeah, at first it was supposed to be a break, but I think it's for the best that I just stay off. The trends was part of the problem, the other part was I was on it too much and everything as a whole just started to deteriorate my mental health. I've been doing a LOT better since getting off. There were other reasons for leaving too.
