Pricing and future ToS chages

Hello everyone.
Things haven't been easy for me recently - I have some health issues, and my mental state is slowly becoming worse. I get overwhelmed with the amount of commissions I have to accept to both live and be treated, and at the same time I do my best to improve the quality of my work. Balance is hard for me, and I really hate it when I understand I could do more, but I couldn't allow myself do it, because I will get way out of schedule, and I have lots of commissions to be done ahead of me. I am very close to burning up, and I would hate to fall into this state again.
I understood that because of these reasons I will have to raise my prices. The raise won't be too dramatic (It will be about 120$ for fullbody vs current 80, and I will change pricing for reference sheets), but it needs to be done. You have about two weeks before this change if you would like to commission something for the current price (but keep in mind the information in the next paragraph), and I will not rise prices for those with whom I've already discussed the commission ahead and pricing, but haven't received money yet.
Another change ahead is that I will create ToS and since the moment they are published I will only work on the terms stated there. The main changes will be focused on time limits, adjustments and wips. First of all, the time for commission will officially be extended to up to 2-3 months minimum, but if I go off this time, you will get some compensation (either money, sketch or discount for the future commissions). This is done to both keep me and you calm. At the same time I will be sending you WiPs and accept adjustments, but keep in mind that they are free only if they are my fault (I misunderstood something or didn't notice on the reference). This doesn't go for sketch, on the sketch phase you can change more things. For all other cases of correcting something which is not my fault I will ask additional fee.
Hope these terms are okay with you guys. I am really nervous about the change, but I don't see another way to work and stay fine and finish all of my debts without getting really low on money right now.
