I have a job. Check
My Family is fine. Check

I am depressed again...
I felt overwhelmed earlier with work but I managed to get through it.
My depression comes out of no where, everything seems to be going smoothly until something that makes me feel bad.

Some days I just don't want to get out of bed.

The only thing that keeps me going is my family and friends.
