WORK PROCESS
- I do not send WIPs If you want to see WIPs, ask for them
- Wait time: 1 moth - 4 months (some times can be less or more..depends on my mental health )
- If you have a deadline, then I take extra 50% of the amount of commission price.
-Any type of commission with my adopts get 10% off !

COMMISSION PROCESS
-I require a digitally drawn reference or image of the character for almost any commission type, the image must include all important markings Traditional artwork or SecondLife screenshots can work as a reference if a color palette is provided and I can clearly see all markings . In the case of an unclear picture, I do not guarantee the accuracy of markings and will not make changes after commission is done ,sorry
Also I can refuse the commission if I understand that I can’t work with screenshot you provided
- I will do any changes to a finished commission if I missed something by my mistake
- I can do some changes to finished commission - 2 free of charge after that each additional one for an additional charge
REFUNDS
!!!Refunds are not possible at this moment

If you want refund you need to wait if I didn't have money at the moment you ask for it
Refunds are not possible once the drawing has been finished
During any other stage of the commission, you’ll receive a percentage of the original commission price back, based on the status of completion (eg. if the piece is only 25% done, you'll receive 75% of the money back.
