URGENT NEWS- BROKEN CHARGER PORT

EDIT: OKOK NOT all hope is gone! im able to place a pencil underneath it to get it to charge for right now (i was scared because it stopped for a good 30 mins) but i still NEED to get this problem taken care of before its bigger and it stops charging for good like i thought! still glad i told you guys in case it does, lol

okay, so i have been dealing with this issue for several months now and its finally came back to haunt me. my charger port on my laptop is officially broken.
it has been loose for roughly a year, and moreso in recent times when i used an off-brand (not lenovo brand) charger instead of a lenovo one.
i used it for a good 6 months until i noticed the charger port wearing out and my computer barely charging, only if i held it in a certain position or put things under the charger, the offbranded charger wore out my charger port SO bad theres a mini crack on the outside metal part by the keyboard, and not only that the lenovo charger no longer fits, which comes to my final issue.
with it finally wearing out. now i know this could be a simple issue such as metal not in the right place, or bent out of shape, but i have no computer experience whatsoever to try and fix it myself. so i'm in a major pickle right now.
i'm going to try and get this issue resolved as soon as possible since literally ALL my files for everything are on this computer, but i literally just started getting back on my feet again and i get hit w this >: and its such an unwanted expense rn.
all i ask is please, please please be patient with me! i will not have any base files except for the few i have bought within the past few months, if you see me posting and being active, i am not snubbing you, your single files, or the commissions! i am going to try and get this laptop sent into a shop as soon as i can. my only hope right now is that my dad has a spare computer that i can work on for the time being (which he did but it was a stupid ethernet one ._.), but like i said i will not be able to work on things i owe (im estimating maybe a month between it being in shop and whatnot) or way shorter im hoping.
i am so sorry for this. i am so mad at myself for not addressing the issue sooner. classic me. 
oh my goshhh noooo, that sounds literally just like my situation right now, i have to apply pressure to certain areas and like flip the charger all crazy to even get it to charge >:thanks for your feedback ;^; im definitely gonna get a USB drive to save everything aaaa
wowwwie it makes me feel better that its common but sucks for us artists ;^; thanks for ur input tho imma try to use google drive/or a usb aaa i dont wanna lose everything :c
