If it's blocked by your government I'm sure it can still be circumvented, I have some family there who also had sites they couldn't access and they mostly use VPNs now. I think you may be able to access it by just setting up google DNS or cloudflare DNS. If that doesn't work, a good uncapped free VPN is ProtonVPN.

Oh I didn't know, wow. I'd look into setting up an account with a virtual credit card, but it's first time I hear about needing docs too... If paypal fails, it would suck but alternatives I know are Skrill, Payoneer or Stripe

A friend of mine that lives in Ukraine is using Payoneer, but he said it is not really designed for commission payments... I know I used TransferWise a few years ago when I needed to send him some money, that way he got it directly on his local bank account - so maybe you can check that out?

Does cashapp possibly work there? I looked and saw Venmo isn’t, I also tried to do some digging and possibly found this: https://transferwise.com/
It states that US can send to Ukraine (or anywhere internationally) and works like an online bank.
