Welcome to my T.O.S.! Here states everything you need to know about when buying or receiving art from me. Please note, by doing service with me that you agree to comply to these Terms Of Service. Failure to comply to these Terms will result in the possibility of a Blacklist or Warning.

GENERAL:
- DO NOT MODIFY my Artwork without my written consent. This also applies to "Redlining".
- Do not repost my work on any Social Platform without properly crediting me (EX: Link to original, Name, Etc).
- Do not attempt to falsify or impersonate IMPLUCIUM (Myself) or my Artwork through any means, including but not limited to: Tracing, Falsifying Accounts, Stealing, Etc.
- You are NOT free to use my Artwork for commercial use such as selling T-Shirts, Phone Cases, Etc without my written consent (EX: Contracts). If you have PURCHASED from me then you have the right to make said Artwork for your own entertainment into physical items, without alterations of course (Non-Profit).
- Owning my Artwork does not in any way entitle you to claiming it as your own or misuse.
- I cannot revoke Artwork or a Design that you have purchased or obtained by me through proper means, breaking T.O.S. will not allow me to do so. Instead see "Blacklist & Warnings".
COMMISSIONS:
- When commissioning me, it is ideal to have at least a Digital or Scanned reference for me to work off of. This may be a full body or an full reference, in the case of customs, provide me a color pallet & detailed description.
- Please do not redistribute my W.I.P.s without my consent (Though this isn't a big deal if you do).
May result in a mild warning! W.I.P.s are always provided except in the rare case you opt to not receive them. Sometimes W.I.P.s are included in a file with the final product, you are free to share them with friends then.
- Be respectful and patient, Commissions are done in order from first to last. Your standing is based on your position in Queue.
- Be mindful of what I am able to draw, complex designs or things I am not familiar with may not turn out as well as other works, I am a self-taught Artist and I will try to work with you to provide the best results.
- Keep your contacts open in case I need to contact or get ahold of you, I am usually a very active talker with my commissioners, if I cannot reach you, then I cannot guarantee the best outcome of your commissioned work(s).
- Receiving work from me in no way entitles you to go against my License or General Terms.
- NSFW or Tasteful Nudity themes are fine, sexist, LGBTQ+ phobic, racist, or hateful themes are not open to discussion. To commission any form of nudity or NSFW you must provide me with an I.D. **I am not currently accepting suggestive or NSFW commissions**.
- I will not draw UNDERAGE NSFW, including Cub, Loli, Etc. I don't care what name you give it, asking for this will automatically place you on Ban!
- I currently do not do Logos, Mascot Designs, Comics, Etc. Or any artwork that is intended to be sold and redistributed.
PAYMENT:
- All payments are via PayPal in USD (If applicable at time of service).
- Payments are up front and required for me to start working for you! Full payment is required for a finished (Unwatermarked) product, it is recommended that you choose to commission me at a time with the full funds rather in parts since I don't typically do "Holds" or "Payment Plans" unless addressed.
- When paying via PayPal, please select "Goods & Services" and "No shipping", this is very important. If you mismark shipping I will have to refund you due to PayPal's terms. I cannot mail Digital content. If this is not requested, then I will INVOICE you.
- Do NOT cover the PayPal fees for me, fees are already accounted for in initial pricing, tips are much appreciated however!
- Please don't try to negotiate or talk a price down, if I cannot fit your budget then maybe wait for a better time!

REFUNDS:
- Refunds are rare but will be given if: I cannot complete your commission, I am going on Medical leave, There is a mistake. In some cases other circumstances will apply, funds are never spent until a commission is completed in the case I must refund.
- I will not refund if you are not happy with the finished product, regret, etc. You commission me at your own risk, don't enjoy my work, don't commission! I try my best to negotiate and provide the best service I can.
- I will not refund you over personal conflict, I believe that business and personal conflict should be kept apart. Personal conflict does not in any way exclude me from my priorities and will not interfere with my work.
- Special cases: If there are any issues regarding this then please contact me and we may discuss if your case is appropriate for refund. Under a special case I will issue a refund.
DESIGNS:
- Designs by me are subject to any of the rules under General, License, Etc.
- You may resell BOUGHT designs for no more than the original price, however if said design has added PURCHASED artwork then you may add up from there. You're allowed to mark down a price as well.
- You do not need to contact me to redesign a character, when posting the original please credit me.
- You cannot turn a design or original concept into a species without my written consent. (If you are interested in doing such, please discuss it with me first). This does *not* mean however I will decline your request!
- Please do not try to replicate my designs without discussing it with me!
RAFFLES, GIVEAWAYS, FREE STUFF, & OTHER:
- You do not have the right to resell FREE designs or Artwork in any way, shape, or form. Unless you have purchased content for said designs. This includes COMMISSIONED or purchased works (not your own art). This rule is in place to prevent people from flipping my designs.
- You are free to trade/gift it to others!
BLACKLIST & WARNINGS:
Failure to comply to any of these terms way result in a Blacklist or Warning based on the severity of the problem caused and frequency, WARNED users will be placed under a 6-Month BAN from participating in any Events, Commissions, Etc. BLACKLISTED users will be PERMANENTLY BANNED from using my services.

- Unless I have a proper reason to Blacklist or Warn you, I cannot do so. Some examples that would allow me to include: Harassment, Stalking, Ban Evading, Failure to comply to Terms, Hate Speech, LGBTQ+ Phobia, Illegal Acts, and special cases.
