First of all, if you are buying an adopt from me it mean that you DID READ all of my rules!
If you are not following them correctly then don't be surprised to be black listed!
Seriously, the rules I have are logic, Nothing like ''you can't sell higher'' or any ''i will take them back'' stuff, these would be as scamming :T
Now now as you will see some rules are divised in categories, you will see what I mean!
BASIC RULES
- You may NOT claim the original artwork, design, species, or species lore as your own.
- Do not claim that you are the creator of the original design.
- No refunds sorry! But you are free to resell it whatever you want.
- Please do not hold the character if you don't want to buy it, or just comment ''I do take it'' and never reply (like never) if so you will be blacklisted
- I can hold a character max 3days, not more unless we talk about it.
- After bought the character, you own the design and character copyrights, not the specie. (but plz credit me for the original design)
- If you plan on using the character for any commercial use, make sure the owner of the specie (if original specie) agreed!
NEGAHRAE SPECIES ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR COMMERCIAL USE!!
FLATSALE RULES
- Having the 'Basic' rules above
- I only take paypal, nothing else
- This isn't an ota, so the price is fix, nothing choosingbeggar like ''can you lower'' or ''would you like art/ect'' or else you will be blacklisted!
-Do not complain about the character been sold if you weren't fast enough, first come first serve!
OTA RULES
- Having the 'Basic' rules above
- I do not take payment that isn't offered (if i do not mention Arts, please don't offer Arts)
- This isn't a first come first serve!
- Depending of the payment, i can leave it more times
AUCTION RULES
- Having the 'Basic' rules above
- Reply after the last bid no skipping!
- If the bid goes over 100USD I can accept payment plans! No less!
- NO FAKE BID OR YOU ARE BLACK LISTED
