This is a really awesome thing of you to do for people, and I mean 'awesome' in both the modern and literal sense. People like you truly make this a welcoming and giving community that creates opportunities for others and rallies for the well being of its members. I just wanted to say thank you sincerely for taking the time to make such a thoughtful comment. Today, I honestly was having a worse day than usual. The stress of the pandemic and lack of job sort of came crashing down on me. I've been in pretty tough places in life, and again sort of facing another challenge here. Looking back I both wished I had done much more to help and protect people I cared about, though I tried, and also needed more help myself. I thought a lot about what I wanted to be as an artist and person and even though it seems small, if I can just take a couple minutes in my browsing and start sorting things out in a notepad to post later in this journal, maybe it will help someone when they seriously need it. In some of the pain I'm in I've felt I feel myself turning inwards and I don't want to lose that compassion you're talking about. I really like this forum here on FA where people can boost each other and help share success. Some of my best friends are from here. Thank you for caring as well.

It's my honest pleasure to say such things and I'm truly glad to hear I could lighten your mood with them, but genuinely it's just what I feel is true :)

I have chronic illness and constantly struggle to find income, usually relying on my art (which I've been really bad at posting this year, whoops!) and I fully understand the occasional need for an outreached hand. This year I've been through two moves and it's been really stressful, and it's been even harder knowing I couldn't do more to help others in need since I was already struggling with my own needs. I am always grateful when I see opportunities to help in any way and I'm glad to see acts of kindness like this. The hospitality I've received from this fandom has extremely uplifting and helpful and it's the least I can do to return it when possible.

I like to keep my prices low so that more people can afford art; I know that art is a commodity by all means and there are tons of people who are unable to get their ideas fleshed out because of monetary or other issues. Art, for me, is an easy way to inspire happiness and spread creativity, so the more I can do it, the better! Low prices mean more art, and more access to others :) I also use my art as an outreach platform to spread awareness for my species, the Florida Panther, and donate all profits to reputable Panther charities. The fandom is truly a unique opportunity to do such a thing, and I'm happy that I've found it for so many reasons.

This is not just a community but often times a family, and it's folks such as yourself that provide that feeling! I thank you for your genuine response and, again, for what you do. If you ever need anything just poke me, I'll be around

Wow that's really amazing! Sorry about your illness. I also struggle with illness and working with my doctor to diagnose it. I've had RA symptoms for a long time. I'm relying on art right now myself. I am extremely grateful to be home during the pandemic, but I definitely need to produce more art. Two moves, oh man. I have moved so much in my life I feel blessed to be living here still. In April will be 3 years. Keeping prices low is good during the pandemic. I'll do that with my next adopts. I want to see Florida Panthers, I'll try and find it on your page. :)
