Thumbnail issues

I don't know if it's just me, but some of my submissions are missing their thumbnails. I'm not sure how to fix it, but for the moment it means that some of my gifs are practically hidden from view... I've logged a ticket.

a way that should fix it is grab just the first frame, save it as an image and then upload that as the thumbnail for it
odd, i assumed a 150px png or jpg should have worked perfectly fine
