I am a COLORIST.
Meaning that I use mostly bases and DO NOT do large line edits. More complex line edits may result in additional charges.
I do not always work in a specified order. By commissioning me you understand this. I take days for personal work or adopts.
For Adopts:
You may keep them, use them in art, resell them, repost them, whatever. Please do not sell for more than you paid (unless additional art has been added for more value).
Payment is expected before art has begun or for adopts, at time of sale.
For Auctions:
You must respond in a timely manor. A reminder message will be sent after 48 hours, in which you will be given an additional 48 hours to respond. If not the auction will move to the next highest bidder or be closed.
NO REFUNDS if the art has already been started.
I have the right to Refuse References, Pictures, and Descriptions to work from if they are unclear.
Art will typically take between 1 - 2 weeks but may take a little longer, depending on what's happening in my life. On the other hand you may get them super fast as well. It is quite common for people to get art from me faster than usual.
When reposting you are required to credit me and the basemaker(s) of the lines and or bases I use. All pieces will come watermarked with both the basemaker(s) and my name.
On any work I will offer reasonable corrections if I get something wrong. I will not do it over and over and over again. So please make sure that you are very clear about your needs on the art you would like to get. Once each step is finalized I will not make any further revisions to that step without additional charges. (ie. changes to line work once finalized, or edits to final piece once finalized) Additional charges will apply if you still wish to make those changes afterwards.
If a character I have done art of for you is sold, and the new owner is not properly crediting them, it is up to you to correct them.
Please ask about a commission and wait for approval before sending funds.
REASONS FOR BLACKLISTING
1. Commissioning me and then asking for a refund after I have started work.
2. Bidding on my auctions and then not paying, as well as hiding bids.
3. Harassment, including but not limited to the following: rude or derogatory comments. Comments that insult a person's race, gender or disability, and the same rude comment over and over again. I will not tolerate arguing.
4. Trying to get me to do art of stolen characters.
5. Failure to credit myself and the basemaker(s) when you re-upload your works.
6. Not understanding that unless discussed otherwise, that I do NOT make major line changes.
It is your job to send me appropriate refs when commissioning.
By Agreeing to the Above Terms for NSFW Art I can not be held accountable if you are under the legal age. This includes, but is not limited to, in a Court of Law. If found to be under the legal age to view or purchase mature art, you lose all rights to use the Art work produced as well as are Permanently Black listed from all further Sales. You are also in agreeance that the artist may publicly list your name, age and all other information and Evidence Aside from your ID. Once black listed you may not purchase any more art from me or own any future art from me.
I am a colorist, and many other colorists on FA use the same bases. :) So if you see someone else using the same bases please do not be alarmed. It is very common for some artists to sell base line work for everyone to use.
